I made up the following sentences [the context], and I would like to know whether the bold sentence make sense to you.
A: I want to play this CD. Your CD player is out of order. How can I play this?
B:Use my computer. You can play it on Windows Media Player.
A: It doesn't work either!
B:Hmm... If neither of them works properly, then you should abandon the idea of watching that CD today. Sorry.
My most concern is about this part "If neither of them works properly, then". Is it OK? Is the usage of "then" correct?
Any suggestions are warmly welcome.
